Saffron’s has been catering in the Tampa Bay area since 1991 when Saffron’s Caribbean Restaurant opened the first of its four restaurants in St. Petersburg, Florida. Saffron’s has received several Best of the Bay Awards for Fine Dining and numerous favorable reviews in the St. Petersburg Times and Tampa Tribune, creating a reputation for quality food and outstanding service.
Through her years of food experience, Chef Jackie Hill, of Jamaica, has continued to developed an innovative style of cooking that combines the flavors of the Caribbean with flavors from other parts of the world, creating her new Cuisine of the Sun Menu, which offers flavorful, nutritious and eye pleasing dishes which include offerings from the Caribbean to the Mediterranean.
